How do I schedule my appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, our office is currently in-network with Delta Dental and accepts most PPOs.

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
We work with CareCredit and Sunbit as external payment plans, so even if you don’t have dental insurance, you can find a financing plan to fit your budget. You can also join our Smile Loyalty Program to get needed dental care at a fair price and receive exclusive treatment discounts.

Monday: 10:30 am–6:30 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am–4:00 pm
Wednesday (every other): 9:30 am–5:30 pm
Thursday: 10:30 am–6:30 pm
Friday (every other): 8:00 am–1:00 pm -
How early should I get to my appointment?
Please plan to arrive for your appointment at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

What do I need for my first appointment?
For your first appointment, please bring previous X-rays you’ve had taken elsewhere, a list of medications you’re currently taking, and a summary of any medical issues or concerns you have. Our team will also send you new patient forms to complete once you schedule (also available on our New Patient Resources page).

How often do I need a dental checkup?
It’s best to have a checkup and cleaning at least every six months. But depending on your oral health needs, our team may suggest a more frequent appointment schedule.
